Best NFS 3D Game made in Visual Basic 6.0 in 2014

This Visual Basic 6.0 open source project is one of the most advanced NFS-like games I have seen.

    Where can I get a MESH editor that works with these graphics, I tried an older version of blender, maybe I need instructions with Blender. Can someone help? Visual Basic 6 is still a great language, simple, strait forward. Thx!
